This small piece uses patterns by Judy Lyon (the fairies), Patricia Ritter (the blue forget-me-nots), Hermione Agee (the butterflies) and One Song Needlearts (the center motif). I split out parts of the patterns and used IQ's path pattern to create the forget-me-not swags and ring of fairies. The butterflies were split out from Hermione Agee's edge to edge butterfly pattern. After quilting I colored it with Tsukineko inks, Crayola fabric markers and Fabrico markers and then added some Art Glitter. This quilt was auctioned at MQS 2011 as part of the fund raiser for their scholarship program.
